Parmesan Pistachio Kale Salad

This kale salad is so super delicious, flavorful and easy! The base is lacinato kale but you can certainly use curly green kale. The only important ingredients are roasted pistachios and shaved parmesan cheese! A cream parm dressing made with yogurt takes it over the top
